2. BOOKINGS
- Appointments can be booked online via our Square booking page or by contacting us directly.
- Bookings made through Square are subject to Square's own terms of service in addition to ours.
- Walk-ins are welcome and accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis where availability allows.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened service or the need to rebook.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
- We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to pay in advance for future bookings.

4. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
- Prices for services are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
- Promotional offers (such as our 25% off food and drink with any barber service) are subject to change or withdrawal at our discretion and apply only as stated at the time of your visit.

5. TAG REWARDS PROGRAMME
- TAG Rewards is operated through a third-party loyalty app. By joining, you also agree to that provider's own terms of use.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the TAG Rewards programme at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
- Points or rewards obtained fraudulently may be forfeited.

6. THE GALLERY AND ARTWORK
- Artwork displayed and sold through The Gallery belongs to the featured artists.
- Any purchase of artwork is a transaction between you and the artist (or as otherwise agreed at the point of sale); please ask a member of our team for details on how purchases are handled.
- All artwork sales are final unless the item is found to be significantly damaged.

7. ON OUR PREMISES
- We ask all visitors to treat staff, clients and artwork with respect.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner.

8. WEBSITE USE
- Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or fully up to date.
- Our website is built using the Wix platform, and certain functionality (such as booking via Square) is provided by third parties subject to their own terms.
